How does personalization work?
Every Giftmasy item is made to order — just for you. Fill in the personalization fields above (name, date, message), preview your design, and add to cart. We print it exactly as entered, at no extra cost.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery = production + shipping. For most products (canvas, mug, poster, ornament): 2–3 days production + 8–10 days shipping = 10–13 business days. Pillow, blanket, apparel: up to 15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships. See full Shipping Policy →
What's your return policy?
Because every item is personalized, we don't accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return needed. Need to cancel or change your order? You have 2 hours from purchase. See full Refund Policy →
What if I made a typo?
Email us at cs@giftmasy.com within 2 hours of placing your order — that's our window before production begins. After that, changes can't be made. Always double-check names, dates, and spellings before checkout.
