How does personalization work?
Every Giftmasy item is made to order — just for you. Fill in the personalization fields above (name, date, message), preview your design, and add to cart. We print it exactly as entered, at no extra cost.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery = production + shipping. For most products (canvas, mug, poster, ornament): 2–3 days production + 8–10 days shipping = 10–13 business days. Pillow, blanket, apparel: up to 15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships. See full Shipping Policy →
What's your return policy?

How do I care for my gift?
Canvas & poster: keep away from direct sunlight, wipe with a dry cloth. Mugs: hand wash recommended to preserve the print. Blankets & pillows: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid harsh chemicals on all products.
What if I made a typo?
Email us at cs@giftmasy.com within 2 hours of placing your order — that's our window before production begins. After that, changes can't be made. Always double-check names, dates, and spellings before checkout.
